Abu Nazam M Tanveer Hossain
Founder & Principal
Abu Nazam M Tanveer Hossain is the Founder and Principal of Stratagem, leading the firm’s Bangladesh practice and regional engagements across South Asia. A public policy, government relations, and strategic communications specialist, he advises multinational corporations, technology companies, and international organisations on regulatory strategy, stakeholder engagement, and reputation management. He has held leadership and advisory roles at Grameenphone, Huawei, and Banglalink, and has consulted technology companies including TikTok, Yango, and Tencent, as well as international development organisations such as GIZ, Helen Keller International (HKI), and Catholic Relief Services (CRS).
A graduate of the University of Wales and Faujdarhat Cadet College, Tanveer has received executive training in public policy from CPR South and LIRNEasia, and is a CEDR (UK)-trained mediator. He regularly contributes to policy discourse through research, media engagement, and strategic advisory, helping organisations navigate complex regulatory environments and build trusted relationships with governments, industry, and civil society across South Asia.

Rased Mehedi
Head of PR and Media Wing
Md Mehedi Hasan, better known as Rased Mehedi, is a senior journalist and editor with nearly three decades of experience in Bangladesh’s media and public affairs landscape. He has covered parliament, elections, the judiciary, telecommunications, information technology, and diplomacy, and currently serves as Editor at Views Bangladesh. He is a former President of TRNB (Telecom and Technology Reporters Network, Bangladesh), and has led/moderated multiple sector dialogues, bringing strong insight into policy communication, media strategy, and public narrative management. He also completed the U.S. Department of State’s IVLP leadership programme. He studied Government & Politics at Jahangirnagar University, earning both BSS and MSS degrees.

Akm Boby (FCCA)
Head of Financial Advisory Wing
Akm Boby (FCCA) is a senior finance executive with over 15 years of experience leading finance functions across engineering consulting, construction, technology, and non-profit sectors. He brings expertise in multi-entity financial management, strategic planning, governance, board-level reporting, fundraising, capital structuring, and investor readiness. His leadership experience includes senior finance roles supporting growth, transformation, and funding cycles, with a strong focus on sustainable performance and stakeholder confidence. Academically, he completed the Senior Management Programme at the University of Cambridge, is undertaking an Executive Diploma (Master’s) in Strategy & Innovation at the University of Oxford, and holds a BSc (Hons) in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University.

Dr. Ituki Chakma
Head of Development Wing
Dr. Ituki Chakma is a public health and international development expert with extensive experience managing large-scale programmes across Bangladesh. She has worked with leading international organisations like WHO, Save the Children, and Pathfinder International and collaborates with NGOs, government bodies, and the private sector to drive impactful initiatives. She is a medical graduate (MBBS) from Sir Salimullah Medical College, Dhaka, an MPH from Curtin University, Australia, and undergoing Professional MS in Psychology from University Dhaka. Ituki is a seasoned soft skills trainer, she is also a NLP Practitioner and Coach, certified by American Board Neuro-Linguistic Programming, and a Mental Health First Aid Instructor.

Arosha Fernando
Country Lead – Sri Lanka
Arosha Fernando leads Stratagem’s Sri Lanka practice, bringing deep expertise in strategic communications, public affairs, crisis management, and reputation risk advisory. An award-winning journalist and communications strategist, he previously established and led Sri Lanka’s first Counter Disinformation Unit at the President’s Office, overseeing national-level responses to misinformation and strategic communications during periods of crisis. He is also the Co-Founder and CEO of CMN Agency, a Colombo-based strategic communications and reputation intelligence consultancy.
Throughout his career, Arosha has advised leading Sri Lankan corporates, multinational companies, and international development organisations on crisis preparedness, reputation management, and stakeholder engagement. His work has included mandates for Hayleys PLC, John Keells Group, Fonterra, City of Dreams Sri Lanka, and Commercial Bank of Ceylon. His journalism has been featured by CNN, BBC, and Sky News, and he is an alumnus of the U.S. Department of State’s International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP).
